Abstract

We advise to use the precision result of Fokker-Plank equation for describing evolution of particles distribution function in velocity space. In solution we take into account the effects of coulomb deceleration and interaction of particles of plasma with ion-acoustic turbulence. The mathematic model method is based on transforming Fokker-Plank equation to equation like Shredinger equation using some special substitution for variables in Fokker-Plank equation, and based on use ladder operator method to solve it.

Key words

Fokker-Plank equation, diffusion in velocity space, plasma, solar flare, ionacoustic turbulence, ladder operators.
